Payment terms
Dear customers, we offer several convenient payment options for your orders, such as
- online payment via credit cards and the most popular payment services,
- payment via bank details (if you do not use online payment services)
- cash on delivery (for retail customers).
To ensure that the package is sent on the day of the order (except Sunday), we recommend to complete the payment no later than 17:00 of the current day.
Order confirmation
While processing your order, we send a message to the specified phone number via Viber / Telegram / Signal / WhatsApp messenger or to the specified e-mail address.
In case of missing information on the order, our manager may call you back from 10:00 to 19:00 if it was not possible to contact you via messengers.
Delivery
Delivery of packages within the territories controlled by Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta at the operator's rates - the cost of delivery is not included in the order.
The minimum order amount for shipment by post is UAH 150.
If the order amount is less than UAH 150, you can receive it on a pickup basis at the following address: 22 Volodymyr Sikevycha St., Kyiv. Pickup is available every day except Sunday from 14:00 to 18:00. Cashless payments are also possible at our location.
