3 months warranty
The use of only first-class raw materials, many years of experience in manufacturing special socks and knee-highs of a wide range, our own unique developments and two-tier quality control ensure our confidence in the high reliability of the products under the PROTECTOR™ and Trekking™ trademarks. That is why we do not hesitate to provide a warranty for our products for 3 months from the date of sale (shipment)!
Warranty conditions
Note that the warranty does not cover cases where the product has been damaged as a result of misuse, violation of the terms of care indicated on the packaging, as well as in the presence of mechanical and chemical damage or if the product has been repaired by the customer.
Please keep the store receipt/online payment receipt and the individual packaging, since they are necessary for the refund. The order number is required for warranty issues and must be provided to the manager.
To return or exchange the product, the buyer must ensure that the product is in proper condition (clean, dry, odorless), complete and packed in its original packaging.
Warranty service is also not provided:
1) in case of expiration of the warranty period;
2) outside the territories controlled by Ukraine;
3) in respect of discounted goods (2nd class goods).
Return & Exchange
As a manufacturer (seller) we consider requests for exchange of products purchased from us within 10 days from the date of sale (shipment) of the products.
In case of detection of significant defects, we guarantee the refund within the territories controlled by Ukraine at our expense. Please contact our support team via messengers (Viber, Telegram, Signal or WhatsApp), which are listed on the "Contacts" page and provide information about such a case.
Legislation
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in accordance with subpara. 4 of Part 1 of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" and the List of Products of Proper Quality Not Subject to Exchange (Return), contained in Annex N 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19 March 1994 N 172, hosiery is not subject to exchange (return).
Under clause 12 of Part 1 of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", a significant defect is a defect that makes it impossible or unacceptable to use the goods in accordance with their intended purpose, which arose through the fault of the manufacturer (seller) and, after its elimination, may reappear for reasons beyond the consumer's control.
